About the role
Female, Philippine-based. We are a Canadian based logistics company looking for candidates who are interested in growing with our company long-term.
Qualifications:
Minimum 75 Mbps WiFi speed. At least a college graduate. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Docs/Sheets. At least two monitors 21" in size. Experience with online-based or remote work.
Job Responsibilities:
General admin, managing and multi-tasking to monitor shipments. Calling and emailing truckers, shippers, and receivers. Update records on Google Sheets. Keeping customers updated about current shipments.
Work Schedule: Vancouver PST. Available shifts: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 11:00 AM-7:30 PM. Full-time, Monday to Friday or 5 days per week; weekend shifts also available depending on work season.
