About the role
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting, Psychology, Business, or related)
Experience in operations or client management
Strong communication & organization skills
Detail-oriented and proactive
Background in mortgage/foreclosure/legal processes is a plus
Key Duties:
Communicate with Trustees (calls & emails)
Coordinate with clients for file updates
Monitor bankruptcy & foreclosure cases
Review files to ensure timely progress
Work closely with internal teams
Full-Time | Remote
Rate: $4.50/hr
