About the role
Be the driving force behind our operations, systems, and team success. We're looking for someone who can keep projects moving, improve processes, support our leadership team, and help drive business growth.
What You'll Do:
Support Founders and Directors with priorities, follow-ups, and key information. Maintain CRM, track pipeline activity, and support business development. Coordinate projects, streamline processes, and improve systems. Manage calendars, meetings, documents, reporting, and administration.
What We're Looking For:
3-4+ years' experience in EA, Operations, or a similar role. Experience supporting Founders, Directors, or senior leaders. Experience with Total Synergy or similar platforms is highly regarded.
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT).
