About the role
Looking for an Administrative VA with strong Notion and Canva skills to build out team hubs and internal systems. Responsibilities: build and structure Notion workspaces including SOPs and training guides, design branded documents and templates in Canva, create training materials, maintain workspaces, and suggest process improvements. Must have proven Notion experience, strong Canva skills, and a proactive initiative-driven mindset. Synthesia or similar video tools experience preferred.
