About the role
We're looking for an experienced NetSuite Financial Operations Specialist to join our team and support financial operations, reporting, data management, inventory processes, and recurring accounting tasks.
What You'll Do:
Manage and review financial and operational data in NetSuite. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports. Consolidate and organize data using Microsoft Excel. Support credit card reconciliations and intercompany transactions. Assist with inventory setup, tracking, reporting, and reconciliation. Prepare and reconcile recurring payroll data. Work closely with a U.S.-based finance team and provide regular updates.
What We're Looking For:
Strong NetSuite Super User experience. Confident using NetSuite with limited supervision. Experience with financial or operational reporting. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Preferred: NetSuite Inventory Module experience; inventory management and three-way matching experience; payroll data preparation experience.
Schedule: Full-time, dedicated remote position. Must be available for regular overlap with a U.S.-based team, including at least 2-3 hours during Eastern Time business hours.
