About the role
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Healthcare BPO setting
Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate; Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC-RN) is preferred
Experience in medical summarization, particularly in Utilization Management (UM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and/or Disease Management
At least 1 year of Medical-Surgical hospital experience; wound scribe experience is an advantage
Proficient in typing and computer navigation
Virtual training will be provided
Work Setup: Hybrid (on-site once a month)
Must be amenable to working the night shift
