About the role
BrightDrop VA LLC is hiring -- Philippines only! We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, speaks excellent English, pays close attention to details, and knows the basics of cars.
Position: Mystery Shopper. Schedule: Monday-Friday, start time 8:45 AM CST. Permanent work from home. Supporting US-based clients.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has basic knowledge of cars and vehicles. Is comfortable making outbound calls and speaking naturally with customers/service staff. Has excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Is observant, detail-oriented, and a good listener. Can remain discreet while posing as a regular customer. Has a reliable PC/laptop with Intel i5 or better + 8GB RAM and dual monitors.
What Will You Do: call different car dealerships and interact with their employees as a regular customer, observe the experience, evaluate customer service, and document findings without revealing that you're a Mystery Shopper.
