Responsibilities: ConnectWise PSA/RMM/ScreenConnect setup, backup solutions, QuickBooks billing integration, ticketing workflows, asset management, and Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
