About the role
This position serves a KEY role in helping a California-based mortgage company grow and scale to serve more clients. Working directly with the President of the company.
Duties: Mortgage Loan Processing (prefer Loan Officer assistant experience), support in organization and processing, and assisting with deal structure & helping to fix/cure loan issues. Prefer familiarity with AUS (Automated Underwriting System) and Arive LOS.
Work Hours: 30-40 hrs/wk, regularly scheduled between 8am-5pm PST.
