About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team. This role is critical in managing loan files from application to closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
The role includes: managing loan files from application to closing, reviewing and verifying borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.), coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and title companies, handling client-facing communication, preparing and submitting complete loan packages for underwriting, tracking loan progress and ensuring deadlines are met, following up on outstanding conditions, performing backend processing tasks including data entry and CRM updates, and maintaining accurate records.
