What you'll do:
Communicate with patients in both Spanish and English. Schedule appointments and answer patient inquiries. Document patient medical histories & chief complaints. Support front-desk and administrative operations.
What you'll bring:
Fluency in Spanish and English for patient-facing communication. Comfort creating, rescheduling, and confirming appointments. Experience verifying insurance eligibility and coverage. Strong HIPAA compliance and confidentiality practices.
