We're excited to be hiring again! Do you have experience working with US Personal Injury law firms? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage medical records, billing retrieval, and provider communications with confidence.
Weekly Payout
Rate: $7.00/hr
Job Responsibilities:
Retrieve medical records and billing statements from providers
Request itemized bills and balance verifications
Track Medicaid, Medicare, and subrogation claims
Communicate with medical providers and insurance companies
Organize legal documents and update case files in Clio Manage
Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding requests
Requirements:
Previous experience with a US Personal Injury law firm
Familiarity with medical records retrieval portals (Datavant, ChartSwap, SmartRequest, MRO, etc.)
Experience handling medical billing and balance verification
Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare liens and subrogation is an advantage
Experience with Clio Manage or other legal case management software
Excellent English communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
