We are seeking a proactive and execution-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to support a physician investor and real estate brand. This role is crucial for managing marketing operations, allowing the founder to concentrate on growth initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Social media scheduling, posting, and engagement
Email marketing and funnel management in Go High Level (GHL)
Content creation support including graphics briefs, captions, and campaigns
Lead nurture sequences and CRM pipeline organization
Marketing campaign execution from brief to publish
Analytics tracking and basic performance reporting
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Proficiency in Go High Level CRM
Strong copywriting and content coordination skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
Ability to follow through on tasks consistently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate or short-term rental (STR) marketing
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design
Experience supporting personal brands or coaching businesses
Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns
