About the role
Type: Full-time. Shift: Mon-Fri | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8 hours a day, can be slightly flexible). We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to generate consistent, high-quality leads across multiple service lines, including water damage restoration, pressure washing, window cleaning, and specialized cleanup services. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution-focused, and capable of delivering measurable results across paid ads, SEO, and social media.
About the Company: A service-based business specializing in water damage restoration, pressure washing, window cleaning (including high-rise and drone-assisted services), and specialized cleanup such as biohazard situations.
Responsibilities: Lead generation & funnel building (build and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and SEO), content creation & brand messaging (using AI tools like ChatGPT), campaign management (launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns), analytics & performance tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager), CRM & follow-up automation, website & digital presence management. Required skills: Proven experience in digital marketing, strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads, experience building and optimizing lead generation funnels, strong copywriting and content creation skills, experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Preferred: Experience in water damage restoration, cleaning, or similar service industries, experience improving local SEO rankings (Google Business Profile).
