About the role
Location: Remote (Open Worldwide) or On-Site in Dubai. Are you the person who comes up with the idea, not just the one who executes someone else's brief? At Baytify, we're not looking for someone to sit and wait for a checklist -- we want a true growth partner who researches the market, pitches their own concepts, and pushes back when they think there's a better way. We're a boutique Dubai real estate agency, and content that actually converts is everything to us.
What You'll Do:
Bring your own ideas -- research Dubai real estate trends and pitch fresh short-form concepts to the founder directly. AI & video content -- create Reels and TikToks using modern AI tools like Nano Banana, Claude, and Pixar-style AI animation. Website & SEO -- build out and manage content blocks on Qobrix to support SEO and turn site visitors into leads. CRM & lead tracking -- get across Leadrat to manage incoming inquiries (full training provided).
What We're Looking For:
Proactive mindset -- you spot the gap and act on it. Comfortable using AI content tools professionally, especially Claude. Understand what actually hooks an audience on short-form video. Fast learner -- no need to know Leadrat or Qobrix on day one. Strong English, clear and confident written and spoken communication. Real estate market knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement.
