About the role
Responsibilities:
Conduct email and phone outreach to schools to promote programs and schedule appointments.
Send 10–15 outreach emails and make at least 10 outbound calls daily.
Follow up with school principals and track outreach activities.
Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Design marketing flyers and promotional materials using AI and approved design tools.
Distribute marketing materials through email campaigns and direct mail.
Manage CRM records, lead tracking, pipeline updates, and data entry in Kajabi.
Monitor outreach performance and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Apply only if you have marketing and outreach experience from a corporate environment or as a Virtual Assistant. (IMPORTANT)
Experience with CRM management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Jotform, Microsoft Forms, or similar platforms.
Etsy experience is a plus but not required.
