About the role
Virtual Office Staff (VOS) is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to support one of their amazing clients. Full-Time, Work from Home, up to $1,700/month.
Role Responsibilities: manage marketing execution and operations, update and publish website content (WordPress), handle Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO, monitor Google algorithm updates, schedule and manage social media content, create Canva graphics and upload blog content, track rankings, analytics, traffic, and marketing performance, maintain content calendars, build SOPs and workflows, run weekly Zoom meetings, manage Asana/ClickUp boards, recruit and manage VAs.
Requirements: 3+ years experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management, strong English communication skills, experience with WordPress and SEO fundamentals, experience managing remote teams or freelancers.
Compensation: $340/week USD, approx. $1,400–$1,700/month. Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Benefits: HMO after 6 months, performance incentives.
