Seeking a highly organized, technology-driven Marketing & Growth Manager for a fast-growing appliance repair company in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities: coordinate marketing vendors (SEO, Google Ads, LSA, social media), manage content calendars, oversee reputation management, manage CRM and email marketing, produce weekly marketing scorecards, and monitor analytics. Must be proficient in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards), experienced in digital marketing, and comfortable with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Make.com, Zapier). US business hours. Full-time remote.
