About the role
Ross VA Services is looking for a Marketing Assistant. Reports to: Head of Marketing. Must have 3-5 years in content creation, social media, or community management.
What You'll Do: Create engaging content across all platforms. Manage social media and online engagement. Respond to enquiries within 2 hours. Support CRM and lead management. Work with the design team to produce marketing content. Share project updates, team stories, and campaigns.
What You Bring: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in social media platforms and content tools. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Essential: Proven hands-on experience in content creation and social media. Please show portfolio.
