About the role
Keepers In Focus is looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Loan Officer Assistant to support a growing mortgage business. This role combines loan processing support, CRM management, social media marketing, and real estate agent outreach.
Key Responsibilities: manage loan pipeline and assist with borrower documentation, coordinate with clients, processors, lenders, and agents, update CRM, track leads, and manage follow-ups, assist with social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), connect and engage with real estate agents online, support scheduling, communication, and client service, and help grow referral partnerships and online presence.
Qualifications: strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable with CRM systems and social media platforms, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and mortgage or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
