About the role
BML Allgear Casa Group -- US Real Estate, Global Portfolio. Full-time, remote-first, Philippines.
What You'll Do:
Process residential and commercial loan applications end-to-end. Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation. Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and underwriters. Track loan pipeline and ensure on-time closings.
Required Skills:
1-2 years in mortgage/loan processing or RE finance support. Familiarity with US mortgage workflows (conventional, FHA, VA). Strong attention to detail and document accuracy. Proficient with loan origination systems (Encompass, Calyx).
Deal structure knowledge (a plus, not required): Morby Method, Subject To (very high preference); Wholesaling, Fix & Flip, Seller Financing (good preference).
Primarily remote -- hybrid (BGC, Taguig or Iloilo) highly preferred.
