About the role
A US-based freight brokerage is looking for an experienced Load Booker to join their remote operations team. Open to Philippines-based applicants only. Experience in load booking is required.
Responsibilities: source and book available freight loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop), negotiate rates with carriers, match loads to available capacity efficiently, maintain accurate records in the TMS, and work closely with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth load execution.

What We're Looking For: experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, or operations, strong understanding of how a load moves (BOL, detention, TONU, etc.), familiarity with TMS and load boards (DAT, Truckstop), high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple shipments/tasks without losing accuracy, strong written and verbal English (daily communication with US teams), organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
