About the role
Looking for an experienced Leads & Sales Manager to take ownership of the full lead-to-intake pipeline across AgingCare, Caring.com, A Place for Mom, Facebook, and other lead sources. Remote, full-time.
Key Responsibilities: manage and track leads across all four locations, follow up consistently via calls, text messages, and email, convert leads into scheduled client intakes, and develop creative strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements: 3–5 years of proven home care sales and lead conversion experience, strong communication skills, demonstrated track record of measurable sales results, home care industry experience highly preferred.
