About the role
Generate and maintain approximately 500 qualified leads per week. Research and compile a database of up to 5,500 law firms across New York, California, Texas, and Florida. Verify and validate firm information including phone numbers, websites, and key contact details. Review all records for accuracy and completeness before submission. Organize, maintain, and regularly update lead databases. Identify law firms that meet specific demographic and industry criteria. Recommend and help establish workflows, tools, and systems that improve efficiency.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
Requirements: Experience in lead generation, online research, data entry, or data mining. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Startup experience is a plus.
Tools: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, CRM Systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), ChatGPT or other AI research tools.
