About the role
Responsibilities:
Research and identify music, acting, and entertainment opportunities, including live performances, auditions, casting calls, brand campaigns, and sync licensing.
Build outreach lists for talent agencies, managers, producers, record labels, publishers, A&R contacts, and music supervisors.
Assist with pitches, submissions, email outreach, and follow-ups to industry contacts.
Research opening act opportunities, royalty-split collaborations, and income-generating opportunities.
Track opportunities, contacts, and submissions using organized spreadsheets and reports.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience in lead generation, research, or virtual assistance is required.
Experience in the music, entertainment, acting, or creative industry is highly preferred. IMPORTANT
Strong online research, email outreach, and follow-up skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and AI tools.
Ability to manage opportunity trackers, contact databases, and submission lists efficiently.
Experience supporting independent artists, securing gigs, building industry relationships, or identifying merchandise and promotional opportunities is a strong advantage.
