About the role
Identify active rental property owners using PropStream or similar data tools. Apply AI and data enrichment to improve targeting and reduce wasted outreach. Prioritize self-managed landlords, out-of-state owners, and recently acquired rentals. Focus on portfolios ranging from 2 to 100 properties. Outbound outreach & conversion (primary focus): cold calling, SMS, and email.
Requirements: Proven experience in outbound sales (cold calling, lead conversion, or B2B sales). Experience with PropStream or similar property data tools is a PLUS. Experience in property management or real estate investing is a MUST. Experience using AI tools for outreach or lead generation. Strong understanding of real estate investors and rental markets. Background in wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions is a MUST.
Schedule: CST hours. Part-Time — will transition to full time.
