About the role
Green Ocean Property Management is looking for an experienced Investment Property Manager. Remote. Full-Time.
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of scattered-site residential properties. Handle tenant communications, lease administration, and rent collections. Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services. Support property marketing, reporting, and operational excellence.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of property management or real estate operations experience preferred. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communicator. Comfortable using platforms such as Buildium, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other property management tools. Proactive problem-solver.
