About the role
Triten Law is growing, and we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals to join our team. This role will primarily focus on outbound client and lead outreach, with the possibility of supporting inbound calls depending on business needs.
What you'll do:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients. Work lead, callback, reattempt, retainer, and document follow-up queues. Gather and verify client information and complete intake qualification workflows. Maintain accurate notes, statuses, follow-up dates, and client information in our CRM. Assist clients with required documents and help qualified matters move to the appropriate next stage. Communicate professionally while following approved scripts and procedures.
Schedule: Full-time, initially Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time. Working hours may be adjusted based on business and operational needs. This role also includes participation in a Saturday rotation.
What We're Looking For:
Strong spoken and written English communication skills. Clear, professional, and confident phone communication. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable working with CRM, workflow, or case-management systems. Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace. Experience in legal intake, client onboarding, customer service, call centers, healthcare, legal support, or other phone-heavy client-facing roles is a plus.
Voice Recording Requirement: Since this position involves regular phone communication with U.S.-based clients, a short voice recording will be included as part of our initial communication screening. Submit a 45-60 second English voice recording introducing yourself, briefly describing your relevant experience, and sharing why you're interested in the position. You may use Vocaroo or any similar recording platform that allows you to provide a shareable link.
