About the role
We're seeking an Intake Specialist - ABA to be the welcoming face and ongoing support for our clients. Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Salary: $5/hour.
Key Responsibilities: proactively follow up on all incoming leads from Google, Facebook, and other channels on a daily basis, conduct thorough initial intake assessments for new leads and referrals, cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth intake process, be the primary point of contact for parents, and build and nurture strong relationships with both potential and current clients.
Tools Used: Rethink, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365.
Qualifications: previous experience in healthcare intake, lead follow-up, or sales is highly preferred, a college degree is preferred, fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
