About the role
Type / Setup: Full-time | Remote. Timezone / Schedule: MST | Weekdays - 9AM to 6PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews and processes incoming patient referrals and admissions. Creates patient charts for all incoming referrals. Communicates timely with Revenue Cycle team and Scheduling team. Responsible for timely notification of acceptance or denial of referrals: 30 minutes for inpatient referrals and up to 2 hours for others.
Who You Are:
Home health, hospice, or intake coordination experience preferred. Excellent English communication skills.
