About the role
Overview
Help franchise owners successfully complete their onboarding and activation journey.
What You'll Do
Follow up with customers and franchise owners
Schedule onboarding and setup calls
Manage customer activations in HubSpot
Guide clients through billing and Stripe setup
Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving
We're Looking For
2-3+ years in Inside Sales, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, SDR/BDR, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
Excellent communication and organization skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple accounts
