About the role
Responsibilities:
Make approximately 300 outbound calls daily to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with interested prospects and update lead statuses in GoHighLevel (GHL).
Manage and maintain accurate CRM records, customer information, and data entry.
Register students for dance competitions and manage competition-related records.
Enter and maintain student information, birthdays, and class assignments in competition systems.
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Must have outbound calling or appointment setting experience from a corporate environment or as a Virtual Assistant. (IMPORTANT)
Female candidates are preferred. (IMPORTANT)
Must have CRM management experience, preferably with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience in the arts and entertainment industry is a strong plus.
