Inside Sales Agent (Spanish speaker)

About the role

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups with warm and cold leads
• Qualify prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings through CRM and scheduling tools
• Collect deposits and assist clients through the booking process
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and lead statuses
• Send appointment reminders and follow-ups to improve attendance rates
• Meet weekly appointment-setting and lead engagement targets

• Excellent English communication skills and fluent Spanish proficiency (Required)
• Phone sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience (Required)
• Latin American or Filipino bilingual Spanish/English VA (Required)
• CRM management experience, preferably GoHighLevel (Required)
• Strong lead nurturing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable handling real-time calls, texts, and customer interactions
• Able to follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
• Results-driven with strong organizational and communication skills
