About the role
A NYC-based real estate brokerage is seeking to directly hire a full-time, long-term Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join its growing remote team in the Philippines.
Contract Terms: Full-time, Independent Contractor. Starts at $7.50 USD per hour. Start Date: Late July to mid August 2026. Payment: Bi-weekly via Wise.
Incentives: Up to $800 USD per month in performance bonuses paid bi-weekly. Service Incentive Leave: 5 paid days per year after 3 months. Birthday Leave and Bereavement Leave. Paid Philippine holidays. Headset with noise cancellation reimbursement after probation. 2 hours of paid self-development time per week. Technology budget of $200 a year. Employee of the Month gets a $75 bonus. Annual in-person team getaway. Paid training.
About The Role: The primary responsibility is to convert company databases and inbound inquiries into qualified opportunities, set high-quality appointments for the sales team, and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers through consistent, documented follow-ups.
Job Requirements: Excellent spoken English and ability to hold natural, confident conversations with New York-based buyers and sellers. Comfort with high-volume phone conversations, consistent follow-up, and detailed CRM documentation. Daily reporting is mandatory. Exclusivity is required — this role should be your sole employment.
Device Requirements: Laptop or desktop with Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent. At least 8 GB of RAM; 16 GB preferred. Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Backup power source.
