Overview
Apex Prospecting Group is hiring elite Inside Sales Agents who specialize in FSBO, expired, and distressed seller leads.
The Role
FSBO, expired & distressed seller cold calling - daily
Qualify motivated sellers and set confirmed listing appointments
Manage pipelines in Follow Up Boss (FUB) and GoHighLevel (GHL)
Maintain daily call logs, appointment summaries, and performance reports
Take full ownership of your results - no hand-holding
Requirements
3+ years of real estate ISA experience specializing in FSBO, expired, and distressed sellers
Proficient in Follow Up Boss (FUB) and GoHighLevel (GHL)
Fluent English
Full-time availability
Quiet workspace and reliable internet
Compensation
Starting Rate: $6 USD/hr
Commission per signed agreement
Commission per closed deal
Performance-based pay increases
Full-time, Monday-Friday, US Business Hours, Independent Contractor
