We are looking for an experienced *Inbound Logistics Coordinator* to support our Australian client’s global supply chain operations.
📌 *Important Requirement:*
⚠️ *NetSuite experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE and a MUST for this role.*
Candidates without hands-on NetSuite experience will not be considered.
The client is also specifically looking for someone with a strong background in *Supply Chain and Logistics*, particularly in international inbound shipments, freight coordination, and import operations.
### *Key Requirements:*
✅ Hands-on experience with *NetSuite* (required)
✅ Strong supply chain and logistics experience
✅ Experience managing international inbound shipments and freight coordination
✅ Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas suppliers
✅ Knowledge of import documentation, customs requirements, HS codes, and Incoterms
✅ Experience coordinating warehouse receiving, inventory movements, and delivery schedules
✅ Ability to analyse logistics data, prepare reports, and identify process improvements
### *Role Responsibilities Include:*
📦 Managing and tracking global inbound shipments
🚢 Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers
📄 Reviewing import documentation and ensuring compliance
🏭 Supporting warehouse and inventory coordination
📊 Monitoring logistics performance, KPIs, and cost analysis
🤝 Working closely with Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
### *Ideal Candidate Profile:*
✨ Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound logistics or international shipping coordination
✨ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
✨ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✨ Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
