About the role
Support Australian employer-sponsored migration matters. Work closely with experienced Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) while supporting skilled migration and employer-sponsored visa pathways. Mandarin-speaking preferred due to growth in Mandarin-speaking client portfolio.
Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience supporting an Australian Registered Migration Agent (RMA). Hands-on experience with Subclass 482, Subclass 494, and Subclass 186. Strong understanding of Australian migration processes and employer-sponsored pathways. Excellent English communication skills.
Highly Preferred: Professional Mandarin proficiency. Familiarity with WeChat as a professional communication platform. Experience supporting Chinese-speaking individuals, employers, or migration clients.
Additional Experience Valued: Labour Market Testing (LMT) research, Annual Market Salary Rate (AMSR) research, Labour Agreement pathways, Corporate employer-sponsored migration programs.
