Position: HVAC Dispatcher / Service Coordinator
Salary: ₱35,000/month

Qualifications:
Previous HVAC industry experience is REQUIRED
Experience working as an HVAC Technician or in an HVAC office with hands-on industry knowledge
Strong understanding of air conditioning, heating systems, HVAC equipment, and parts
Excellent communication skills with technicians and customers
Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
Customer service-oriented with professional phone etiquette
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate HVAC service technicians
Schedule service calls and customer appointments
Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
Communicate with technicians regarding repairs, equipment, and job updates
Order and purchase HVAC parts and supplies
Prepare invoices and assist with billing tasks
Ensure service calls are scheduled efficiently and completed on time
Maintain accurate records of service jobs, customer information, and communications
