About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized VA HR Recruiter / Hiring Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding of caregivers for our home care agency.
Key Responsibilities: Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media. Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates. Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants. Conduct reference checks and verify required documents. Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance requirements are completed. Maintain candidate records and hiring reports. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified caregivers.
Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing. Experience hiring caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, or home care professionals preferred. Excellent English communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and job platforms. Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
