About the role
Sphere Rocket Virtual Assistants is hiring an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
Compensation Management: Design and administer salary structures and pay scales. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation. Process payroll and ensure accurate computation of salaries, allowances, and deductions. Monitor compliance with wage laws.
Benefits Administration: Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR tax contributions). Oversee company benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave benefits, and wellness programs. Ensure timely processing of employee benefits claims and reimbursements.
Compliance and Labor Law Adherence: Stay updated with labor laws and DOLE regulations. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and government reporting requirements.
Requirements: Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management. Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems. Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance.
