About the role
We’re Hiring: Homeowner Experience Coordinator (WFH)
Homeowner-facing role — applicants with direct homeowner communication experience will be prioritized.
What you’ll do:
-Manage homeowner emails and inquiries
-Maintain CRM records and homeowner data
-Track response times and satisfaction metrics
-Coordinate with internal teams and support operations
Requirements:
-2+ years in homeowner-facing, customer support, administrative, or CRM roles
-Excellent English communication skills
-Experience with HubSpot, Front, Vintory, or similar CRM tools
-Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
-Remote-ready and highly organized
