About the role
Ongoing hiring opportunity for candidates interested in supporting US-based home care agencies. Full-time, US timezone. Responsibilities may include: scheduling caregivers and ensuring shifts are covered, recruiting and onboarding caregivers and/or nurses, handling inbound calls and intake coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements: home care/home health VA experience is an advantage, at least 1 year of BPO experience preferred, strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
