About the role
OLIVIA Professional Solutions is a VA staffing agency supporting home care agencies across the United States. Successful candidates will be assigned as a Scheduler or Recruiter based on operational needs and individual strengths.
What You'll Do: Recruiter — source, screen, and onboard caregivers and/or nurses based on client requirements. Scheduler — coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure shifts are properly covered based on availability and compatibility.
Requirements: Experience as a VA in home care/home health is an advantage but not required. At least 1 year of BPO experience preferred. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reliable internet connection and proper work equipment setup.
