OLIVIA Professional Solutions is a VA staffing agency supporting home care agencies across the United States. Full-Time, US Timezone, $693–$866/month.
Role Overview: Successful candidates will be assigned based on operational needs and individual strengths, whether as a Scheduler, Recruiter, or Intake Coordinator.
What You'll Do (depends on role): Intake Coordinator — handle inbound calls, assist prospective clients, gather information, and maintain accurate documentation. Recruiter — source, screen, and onboard caregivers and/or nurses based on client requirements. Scheduler — coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure shifts are properly covered.
Requirements: experience as a VA in home care/home health is an advantage but not required, at least 1 year of BPO experience preferred, strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
