About the role
Structure 2 Scale is hiring a Heavy Civil Estimator to support complex municipal and infrastructure bids for a US-based client.
This is a high-accuracy, process-driven role for an estimator who can deliver precise quantity takeoffs, identify scope gaps, and partner closely with a Senior Estimator to drive bid precision.

š¢ Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering and construction background
š¢ Bring proven professional experience in construction estimating and quantity takeoffs for heavy civil, infrastructure, utilities, or public works projects
š¢ Read, interpret, and accurately scale complex construction plans, blueprints, and specifications with high attention to detail
š¢ Own detailed quantity takeoffs across earthwork, utilities, water/wastewater systems, concrete, and roadway scopes
š¢ Bring advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong analytical reasoning, and the ability to spot missing plan details before making assumptions
š¢ Are available to work structured business hours from 8:00 AM ā 4:00 PM CT
š¢ Use takeoff platforms and AI-assisted estimating tools
Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore, US construction standards, or municipal water and utility projects is a strong advantage.
