About the role
Part-Time Remote Opportunity. Position: Guest Communications Agent.
Type: Part-Time, Remote.
Rate: $4 USD/hour.
Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time (Calgary), approximately 16-20 hours per week, hours may vary based on business demand.
Responsibilities: Respond to guest inquiries on Airbnb, VRBO, (Check How to Apply), and direct booking platforms, assist guests before, during, and after their stay, handle reservation changes and guest requests, coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors, maintain accurate communication records, follow company SOPs. Requirements: Strong written English communication skills, customer service experience preferred, reliable internet and computer, detail-oriented and organized, comfortable working independently.
Preferred Experience: Airbnb, VRBO, (Check How to Apply), Hospitable, Hostaway, Guesty, or other short-term rental platforms, hospitality, customer service, or virtual assistant experience. Only applicants who complete the application form will be considered.
