About the role
Agency and sub-account backend setup, configuration, and ongoing support. SaaS client onboarding — end to end. Workflow builds and automation. AI agent setup and management. Booking and payment system configuration for sub-accounts. Development of industry-specific Snapshots for SaaS clients. Bulk email campaign management. SMS and email response tracking and reporting. Products and pipeline setup and maintenance.
Requirements: 3+ years hands-on experience with GoHighLevel at the agency or SaaS level. Proven track record building and launching GHL Snapshots. Strong command of GHL workflows, triggers, and automation logic. Ability to produce clear performance reports from GHL data. Strong communication skills for client-facing onboarding support. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple sub-accounts simultaneously.
