About the role
We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist who knows how to build systems, automate workflows, manage funnels, and help businesses run smoother through smart CRM and marketing automation. Full-Time, Permanent Remote, U.S.-Based Clients.
What You'll Be Doing: build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts, create CRM pipelines, workflows, funnels, forms, and landing pages, set up email and SMS campaigns, manage lead nurturing and customer follow-up systems, integrate tools using Zapier, Make, and native integrations, set up calendars, booking systems, and reminders, monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements, troubleshoot issues and document workflows/SOPs.
What We're Looking For: minimum 2–3 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience, strong CRM, automation, funnel, and lead management skills, experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or agencies, knowledge of email marketing, SMS marketing, and customer journeys.
Bonus skills: Zapier, Make/Integromat, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp.
