About the role
We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Implementation Specialist to support multiple client accounts with CRM setup, workflow automation, system optimization, and ongoing platform management. This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who understands GHL inside and out, can build complex automations from process maps, and has a strong eye for detail when testing and maintaining client systems.
What You'll Do: Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows based on client-provided process maps, SOPs, and whiteboard sessions, configure automations, triggers, conditions, delays, and customer journey workflows, create and manage forms, custom fields, tags, opportunities, pipelines, calendars, and payment links, perform QA testing to ensure workflows operate correctly and prevent revenue leakage, troubleshoot GHL issues, configure phone systems, IVR/phone trees, websites, reports, chatbots, and other native GHL features, maintain clean CRM structures, support ongoing implementation, cleanup, migration, and optimization projects across multiple client accounts. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, proven experience building workflows, automations, forms, pipelines, and CRM systems within GHL, solid understanding of contact management, opportunities, tags, custom fields, and conditional logic, highly detail-oriented with a strong quality assurance mindset, ability to follow process maps and convert strategic plans into technical implementations.
Nice to Have: Experience setting up native GHL integrations (Google, QuickBooks, similar platforms), experience supporting agencies, consultants, coaches, or service-based businesses, experience building and managing GHL websites, reporting dashboards, AI tools, trust centers, and chatbots.
