About the role
Build and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations. Create onboarding systems and scalable operational processes from scratch. Develop integrations using Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and webhooks. Manage lead routing, pipelines, tagging, and customer lifecycle automations. Support executive operations and process improvements. Troubleshoot and optimize complex automation workflows.
Requirements: 4+ years of GoHighLevel experience. Strong experience with CRM architecture and automation development. Experience with Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and webhooks. Background working with marketing agencies or multiple client accounts. Ability to build systems independently from the ground up. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus: Experience with SaaS environments, Stripe integrations, and advanced automation logic.
